Saptasajya is a tourist place located in Dhenkanal district famous for its picnic spot. People from outside Odisha and outside of country always come to visit this place. Saptasajya is famous at the time of Ram Navami. Saptasajya waterfall is famous and attraction for all visitor.
History:-
Saptasajya is famous for its ancient history that “Saptarishi” had their Ashram’s at this place. It is popularly called as “seven beds”. Someone says that God Shree Ram stays at Saptasajya during the time of exile (vanavasa) for seven days. Someone also said that Pandavas spent some days for their Incognito life (Agyatvas) at this place.

Saptasajya is a small village located near Dhenkanal, 75 km from Bhubaneswar (Via Mundali) and 10 km from Dhenkanal.
